RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy: Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Pitpulls by Elite Ecom FZC. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us. Service refers to the Website. Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://pitpullswear.com/ You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE on returns which are subject to the below terms:
- Defective, are of poor quality or the items received with wrong sizes are subject to replacement.
- Refunds and Exchanges are only entertained within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be un-used, un-washed and should have no sign of wear and tear to be eligible for refund/exchange.
- Valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided with the return.
- Product must be in original packaging.
If you have received an item which is defected/damaged or of poor quality you can return them within 14 days, in this case contact us and we will provide you return shipping label and we will fully refund your money including shipping once we recieve the item back. If you have ordered the wrong size or for any reason you are not satisfied and want to refund/exchange the item you will have to send back the item to the given addresses below or ask for a return label but in this case once the item is received your complete order value minus return label cost will be credited back to you. You are always required to ship back the items to the following shipping addresses:

EXCHANGE POLICY
Defected/damaged products or products with different size or color variation can be exchanged, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days after receiving it. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product wasn’t used, washed and has no wear and tear.
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Must be returned for exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced. You have to pay the return shipping for items being exchanged for size or color variation. We will provide return shipping label or cover the costs for the return shipping and exchange of defected/received damaged or items of poor quality. Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed. The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside. You are given the rights to exchange the item, one time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
